Funky Llama Festival is Theatre Royal Plymouth’s flagship community event that is taking place this year 29 & 30 Oct in Plymouth’s Central Park between 11am- 8pm.
The event is programmed by our Funky Llama Steering Group and is inclusive and accessible. Funky Llama challenges stereotypes and celebrates the creative talents of disabled adults. It involves large-scale, inclusive performing arts and social events as well as increasing the amount of arts opportunities available throughout the region.
We have so many roles available for willing volunteers so we’d love to hear from you if you’d like to get involved.
We would love someone who could help with Social Media and Marketing and if that’s not your thing we need to fill other roles including things like, Venue Stewards, Box Office Helpers, Merchandise Sales, Volunteers to ensure the site is kept tidy and safe and even Party People – helping to get the audience involved.
We’ll also need help before the event helping with decorations or setting out chairs in the Big Top. Likewise packing up site after the event on Saturday will also need the help of willing volunteers.
Does that sound like a great city event you’d like to be part of? If so we’d love to hear from you, get in touch by clicking the button below.
