This role may require us to hear about you from two people who have known you, ideally for at least a year. References will only be requested if the role require one. These should not be relatives or friends. It could, however, be someone from the last five years such as a recent employer, an organisation you've volunteered with, a support worker, landlord, tutor/teacher or leader of a club/organisation of which you are a member.
