As more and more services can only be accessed online, many people don’t have the skills they need to use resources that are essential to how we live our lives. From accessing welfare support to GP appointments, job applications or online banking, having basic digital skills is vital to make sure everyone can access the support and services they need.
If you know of someone who has a basic knowledge of how to handle and use digital devices and could benefit from developing this further, including gaining a qualification, then please let them know about our Essential Digital Skills course.
Starting on Tuesday 8 December and running for 10 weeks in Hyde Park House, we are offering a morning (09.30 -12.00) and afternoon session (13.00 – 15.30). If you know of someone who could benefit, please ask them to call On Course South West on 01752 660713 and we can talk to them about getting started.
